Job well done. Food, crafts, art, shopping, jumpy jump and Santa. All post thanksgiving- how American. Santa asked a child to sing him a song. No one would, but no worries Cole jumped up and sang jingle bells batman smells version then hummed the rest.
David wants to buy this- I bought lots of other stuff that he doesn’t know about.
Thanks to Lara and Charles for putting on the bestest turkey dinner ever. Here is the group. The thanks tree. Our leaf for the family this year. Cole in his fancy clothes. Birch holding a surprise hedgehog friend who joins us- wash your hands hedgehogs also have tapeworm- maybe not a bad idea after this big dinner.
We drove an hour and a half with Claudia, Lucas, Camilla, and Antonella since their dad was gone too. Went to manyara national Park and then through the park to AND BEYOND lodge. We got great resident rates. This place charges a ton for non residents. You have pretty much 2 staff for every one guest. Best customer service I have had in TZ by far since being here.

Fun at drink time. I brought bubbles and balloon balls to entertain the kids while we drank frozen gin and tonics.
Night time fancy dinner- then the kids went to bed for a movie with a Masai ascari and we stayed up and listened to the music.
Animals on the way home. I have trouble shooting pics and driving the safari like David does. Hippos walking- cool site for day time.
We also saw the norms- baboons, zebra, cape buffalo, giraffe, monkeys, etc.…

In TZ we used bottled water for this because we might have bacteria in our sink water. And then we let every kids stick their face in it and share their bacteria and face paint…
